I had a hard time finding information that I trusted, and since ergonomics are something that can take awhile to reveal themselves as “wrong” I asked Cary for some advice I could trust.

Her answers were, as you’d expect, excellent and thorough.

You are following her “health education and answers to health questions in language normal people can understand” tumblr, right? Low volume, high quality.

And the only way to know if you might be pregnant from that thing you did last night.

That is excellent. Now you can use the information to effectively transfer the workstation to the treadmill. Maybe you could even power the computer with the treadmill. Normal stuff just needs a leisurely pace, but you’ll have to run to transcode video.
