I find myself in an odd predicament. I don’t like Russel Brand, but I like Russel Brand.
But not LIKE like.
My take on Russell Brand is that he is intelligent and very quick, and above all feels an overwhelming impetus to make people laugh. He’s at his best when there is something going on to sink his brain cells into. But when there’s nothing happening to riff on, he goes for stupid, low-brow humour.
He’s sort of like a comedy coffee grinder: When there’s stuff to work on, he processes it and comes out with delightful stuff. When nothing is available, he spins really fast and produces rubbish.
I keep my margarita glass in the freezer, and I preheat my coffee mug.
Some people are wine snobs, and some people are coffee snobs.
Apparently I’m a temperature snob.
This couple could support an entire Starbutts franchise.
A couple from Florida loves their coffee. Mike loves an espresso grind that is cold, while Trina prefers a thicker and warmer saturated blend.
The couple from St. Petersburg, Florida will not drink the highly caffeinated drink, which both say is not healthy. Instead, the two use the coffee in an enema. Each month both have a minimum of 100 coffee enemas and since they started 24 months ago with their addiction, they have had a total of 6,000.
Coffee Cube Question
What do you use them in most?
I just had the idea for coffee cubes after making lime cubes and Meyer lemon cubes for my beloved margaritas, and it got too late to have my last cup of coffee this morning. Using them in iced coffee is an obvious first choice so it doesn’t get watered down. Off the top of my head, I bet they’d be yummy in chocolate milk.
Anyone have ideas for what the coffee cubes could be used for?
BONUS: Here is the aftermath of the Meyer lemon cubes.
There’s nothing more calming than the daily coffee-making ritual.
So I chopped down a previous version of this video (shot with an LG Dare cameraphone) to make it come in under 60 seconds. I’m not skillful enough to make it exactly 60 seconds long. Besides, it’s annoying enough at 35 seconds.
